Hi! i have a more or less the same scooter except the back shock absorbers, but i have a question since mine has a stem wobble from the silver part and the steering, where is it that i tighten this? tried youtubing but all of theirs are a different one.. if you know i would really like a helping hand been looking for a long time(never took it completely apart though) great restoration job aswell!

Bro, nice build, awesome. Your car adjusts fuel and air to idle at as set number rpm. It was going up with hho but was then adjusting fuel to lower speed to hit target. Same when you removed hho and it went down then back up to target. Is that what you mean by 'automatically adjusts idle rmp depending on environment'?
